摘要
烟叶生产过程中废弃烟叶约占33%。本研究通过生物技术措施从废弃烟草中提取烟碱等植物次生代谢物质形成化工原料,为医药、生物农药产品开发以及食用菌栽培和生物有机肥生产提供优质原料。研究表明,通过提取纯化烟碱等重要化工原料物质,可以作为特定医药品的前体和具有有效抑制微生物生长和具杀虫抑菌作用的生物农药物质;脱毒后的废弃烟叶是食用菌的良好栽培原料。同时,废弃烟草通过微生物发酵生产的生物有机肥,可作为优质高效的绿色肥料。
About 33% of the discarded tobacco leaves are unused and become waste during processing, which not only pollutes the environment, but also wastes resources. This study attempted to extract and purify plant secondary metabolites, such as nicotine, from discarded tobacco leaves by using biotech. These extracts could be used as raw material in chemical industry to develop products, such as medicine, biological insecticides, feed for mushroom, and fertilizers. Through culture and pot experiments, it was found that nicotine could inhibit the growth and proliferate of microbes, whip in and kill plant aphides efficiently. And there were a lot of amino acids in the rest of fermentation treated tobacco waste leaves. Our research indicated that to gain the recycle utilization goal, the waste tobacco leaves could be used as raw materials not only to produce bio-insecticides and bioorganic fertilizers, but also to raise edible fungus after detoxification process.
