城郊农民的预期征地拆迁:概况、表现与影响——以荆门市城郊农村为例

The Expected Land Acquisition and Demolition of Farmers of Suburb: Overview,Performance and Impact ——The Case of the Suburb of Jingmen

既有对征地拆迁的研究多采用抗争政治的视角,认为征地拆迁中之所以会出现诸多问题和冲突,关键就在于政府对农民的掠夺与农民奋起抗争。然而通过考察城郊农村征地拆迁前农民对征地拆迁的预期和态度,发现城郊农民非但不反对征地拆迁,反而盼望征地拆迁,积极地为即将到来的征地拆迁及其利益博弈做准备,并由此产生了一系列政治社会影响,包括村庄派性政治、地权冲突、人际关系瓦解等。这些问题和冲突一直延续到征地拆迁过程并影响着征地拆迁。

The existing studies on the land acquisition and demolition more use the Contentious politics perspective, and consider why there are so many problems and conflicts of the land acquisition and demolition, because the govermment predation and the peasants revolt. However, through the investigation of the farmers＇ expectations and attitudes on rural land expropriation before land acquisition and demolition, found that the farmers of outskirts did not oppose land acquisition and demolition, instead of looking forward to the land ac quisition and demolition, and prepared actively for the upcoming land acquisition and demolition and the inter ests of the game, and these created a series of political and social influence, including the villages for partisan politifccal, land ownership conflict, interpersonal relationship disintegration. These problems and conflicts have been extended to the land expropriation and demolition and effeeted the land expropriation and demoli tion.
