甘肃省居民健康素养现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of citizen's health literacy and its influencing factors in Gansu Province

目的为了解甘肃省居民健康素养现状,并探索其影响因素,为制定有针对性的健康教育政策和措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法对甘肃省3个市共12个行政村/居委会15～69岁居民2053人开展问卷调查。结果甘肃省居民总体健康素养具备率为10.54%;具备健康基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为及健康技能素养的人口比例分别为28.59%、6.18%和34.53%;Logistic回归分析显示,农村(OR=0.382)、文化程度(OR=1.241)、年龄(OR=0.983)、少数民族(OR=0.450)和收入水平(OR=1.237)是影响居民是否具备健康素养的主要因素。结论甘肃省城乡居民健康知识具备率和健康技能掌握率相对较高,而健康行为形成率较低。应针加强对居民健康行为形成的干预,使城乡居民掌握的健康知识能够转变成日常健康行为。

Objective To investigate and analyze health literacy status and its influencing factors in Gansu Prov ince, and provide evidence for developing appropriate healthy education intervention measures and strategies. Methods A multistaged stratified sampling method was used, and 2053 adults aged 15 69 years old were recruited in three cities of Gansu Province. Results The general health literacy rate among residents was 10. 54%. The rates of health knowledge, health behaviors and health skill literacy were 28.59%, 6. 18% and 34. 53%, respectively. Logistics regression analysis re suits showed that rural regions （ OR = 0. 382）, education level （ OR = 1. 241 ）, age （ OR = 0. 983 ）, nationality （ OR = 0. 450）, and individual incoming （ OR = 1. 237）, were main associated factors with residents health literacy. Conclusion Prevalence of health knowledge and skills were relatively better than that of health behaviors. Intervention focus on residents＇ health behaviors should be strengthened to improve general health behaviors change.
