摘要
建设项目压覆矿产资源审批是《矿产资源法》确定的一项重要管理工作,而做好对建设项目压覆矿产资源的评估,对于避免或减少压覆重要矿产资源、提高矿产资源保障能力、保障建设项目正常实施具有重要作用。针对评估工作中需解决的问题进行了探讨,重点阐述了评估的对象及范围、评估原则、计算方法等,并就如何做好评估工作提出了建议。对开展压覆矿产资源评估工作具有指导意义。
The examination and approval of mineral resources below construction projects is one of the important management works determined by Mineral Resource Law. The reasonable estimation of mineral resources below construction projects can avoid or reduce the project construction above the important mineral area, improve the protection ability of mineral resources, ensure the smooth construction of projects. The problems to be solved in the estimation work are discussed. The estimation objects and range, principle and calculation method are described, and suggestions for improving the estimation work are provided.
