研究型大学本科生创新培养体系的研究

A Study on Innovative Cultivation of Undergraduates in Research-oriented Universities

为了提高本科生培养质量,加强本科生能力和素质训练,利用科研团队优势和科研实验室条件优势,我院建立了本科生创新训练体系,并设置了"创新训练"课程。该课程具有贯穿大学四年,由初级到高级,由问题作牵引,以学生为主的特点;既丰富完善了本科生实践教学环节,又培养了学生自主学习和创新能力。

In order to improve the quality of undergraduate students cultivating, strengthen the undergraduate~ ability and quality, through make well use of the advantages of scientific teams and laboratory conditions, we have estab- lished innovative training system, and set up Innovative Training course. This course runs through the total four years, develops from primary to senior, starts with the problem and gives priority to students. It has enriched the practical education process and cultivated students＇ ability of independent learning and innovation activities as well.
