摘要
研究了从负载有钨、钼、镍的加氢失活催化剂中提取有效金属钨、钼、镍的工艺方法。结果表明采用空气焙烧-氨水浸取的方法提取钨、钼,在适宜的条件下提取率能分别达到92.56%、95.03%;以硝酸镍的形式回收镍,镍的回收率能达到66%以上。
The technique of extraction of effective metals such as W, Mo,Ni from deactivated hydrogenation catalyst has been studied. The result indicated that the extraction rates of W,Mo could arrive to 92.56% and 95.03%, respectively, by the method of air roasting and then leaching in aqueous ammonia. And nickel was recovered as nickel nitrate with recovery of almost 66 % nickel.
