In this review, the harm of organophosphorus pesticide and the commonly used detection methods are introduced, especially that the immunoassay in detection of organophosphorus pesticide residue. The several key factors to affect the immunoassay are reviewed. The main directions of the further development of immunoassay techniques for determining organophosphorus pesticides are also discussed.
