摘要
介绍了济钢400 m2烧结机配加石灰石粉部分替代生石灰的试验及应用情况。试验结果表明,在济钢原料及工艺条件下,烧结生产中配加1.66%左右的石灰石替代生石灰,对烧结矿产质量及经济指标无负面影响,而且可以降低熔剂成本,提高碱度稳定率。
The industrial experiment to replace quick lime partly with limestone powder in JIGANG 400 m2 sintering machine are introduced in this paper. The experiment result show that under the conditions of JIGANG raw material and process, adding 1.66% limestone powder to replace quick lime in sintering production has no negative influence on the sinter quality and economic index, and this process can not only reduce the flux cost but also improve the stable efficiency of sinter basicity.
