考虑安全的IFAHP—模糊物元露天采场爆破效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 针对目前爆破效果评价中偏重爆破经济技术因素而轻视人员设备安全的问题,提出了考虑安全的爆破效果评价,建立了考虑安全的露天采场爆破效果评价体系。鉴于爆破效果评价体系的多元、复杂及模糊特性,运用改进的模糊层次分析法(IFAHP)引入三标度法、模糊一致矩阵以及和行归一法获得考虑安全的爆破效果影响因子权重排序。在模糊物元理论的基础上提出了考虑安全的露天采场爆破效果IFAHP-模糊物元评价方法,并确立了该方法等级量化标准。将该法运用于某露天采场爆破效果评价,结果表明该方法可有效实现对露天采场基于安全的爆破效果客观评价。 Blasting economic technological factors were paid too much attenlions in blasting effect evaluation rather than personnel and equipment safety, therefore, a safety-considered blasting effect valuation system at open pit was developed. Considering the muhiformity, complexity and fuzziness of blasting effect valuation system, the three-scale method, reference fuzzy consistent matrix and the normalization method were introduced and weights ranking of safety-considered blasting effect impact factors were calculated by improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHP). The safety-considered blasting effect valuation at open pit method of IFAHP-fuzzy element was proposed based on the fuzzy element theory and the quantitative standard was also established. Result shows that this method helps to valuate safety-considered blasting effect at open pit effectively.
