摘要 针对液压约束活塞发动机曲轴参数优化设计问题,本文基于SolidWorks二次开发,在Visual Basic 6.0环境下通过编写VB语言与调用SolidWorks API函数相结合的方式,完成了平衡块及整体结构的参数化设计。设计结果表明,HCPE平衡块参数化设计工具能够对平衡块造型及质量属性进行精确的控制,其设计优化结果与成熟的HCPE平衡块造型极其相似。该设计改变了传统的设计模式,提高了设计精度,减少了工艺成本,为曲轴CAD/CAE集成设计奠定了基础。 According to parametric optimization design of the crankshaft of Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine, this paper accomplished the parametric design of balance weight and its overall structure based on the secondary development of SolidWorks. This is achieved by writing VB language and using the function of SolidWorks API under the environment of VB 6.0. The design results show that parametric design tools of HCPE balance weight can precisely control the balance weight modeling and mass property. Moreover, its design optimization result is extremely similar to mature HCPE balance weight modeling. This design changed the traditional design pattern, improved the design accuracy, reduced craft cost and laid the foundation for CAD/CAE integrated design of crankshaft.
