摘要
目前随着城市的发展,垃圾焚烧越来越受到人们的青睐。与其它如填埋等处理方法相比,有着不占土地、节约能源等优点。但是,垃圾焚烧炉焚烧过程中排放的烟气,如果处理不好,会产生很多如氯化氢、硫氧化物等有害气体及物质。因此烟气净化系统是垃圾焚烧炉的极其重要的不可缺少的系统,是垃圾电站运营成功的关键所在。本文对烟气净化系统进行了研究,论述了一套垃圾焚烧炉烟气净化系统的控制策略,该策略可有效地吸收和净化有害烟气物质的产生,使烟气排放达到环保要求的指标。事实证明,本文论述的控制策略是实用、正确的,具有较大的参考价值。
At present with the development of cities, refuse combustion is welcomed by people. Compared with other methods such as burying it has many advantages, as economizing land, supplying energy, and so on. But the incinerator could produce bad flue gas containing many harmful things, such as HC1, SOx, heavy metal elements, and other bad things. So flue gas purifying system is important and necessary for incinerators, is the key for the success of the operation of incinerators. This essay researches the system of flue gas purifying, gives a set of methods to control it. These methods can effectively purify flue gas, and makes the index of flue gas vented eligible. Proved by facts, the methods by the essay are practical and right, and it has great reference of value.
