摘要
针对井场参数有线采集系统的布置繁乱、费时费工、损耗较大以及受环境影响大等的缺点,本文将RFID无线射频技术应用到井场参数的自动采集中。利用nRF905无线数据通信收发芯片和STC12LE5616AD单片机组成星型无线网络系统,通过无线网络系统传输实时自动采集到的井场中的各参数,使得新搭建的井场参数采集系统自动化程度高、灵活性强、受环境影响小,方便了参数采集的管理和监控,加强了人机交互功能。
The data wire acquisition system in drilling site is complicated, time-consuming, high loss, and influence by environment greatly. To avoid these drawbacks of wire system, the radio frequency identification ( RFID ) technology is applied to collect parameters automatically in this paper. The parameters are collected by the star wireless sensor network composed by nRF905 which is a wireless data communication transceiver chip and STC12LE5616AD microcontroller so that the new system is highly automated, flexible,and less influence by environment, especially it is convenient to supervise the collection data process and has good man-machine interaction.
