摘要
本文根据目前卷烟生产过程中控制参数复杂的特点,提出了基于互信息的烘丝过程工艺参数影响分析方法,其克服了传统测试方法需要大量的现场测试,来分析参数灵敏度的缺点;直接基于大量历史生产数据,分析各工艺参数的灵敏度,从而准确地反映各工艺参数对烟丝产品质量的影响情况。对个别敏感、关键的参数进行重点管控,达到提高产品质量的目的。
According to the complex features of control parameters in the cigarette production process, a mutual information based control parameters impact analysis method is proposed. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional testing methods that require a lot of field-testing to analyze the parameter sensitivity. The proposed method simply relies on a large number of historical production data to recognize the sensitivity of various process parameters, and then accurately reflects the impacts of various process parameters on the quality of tobacco products. It focuses on sensitive and critical parameters control to achieve the purpose of improving product quality.
