摘要
针对集团公司某车间冶炼烟气制酸实时数据采集时控制系统不稳定,现场维护难度大的问题,提出了针对现场实际情况的数采方案,该方案采用pFieldComm网关机进行现场实时数据采集。实际应用表明,该项技术的应用解决了数据采集通讯协议不一致的问题,降低了通讯连接和数据交换成本,增强了系统的稳定性,使现场系统的维护更加简单易行。
Aiming at the instability of control system for a workship of corporation smelter acid production when real-time data acquisition and the problem of field maintenance difficulty, a data acquisition program for actual situation is put forward. The program adopts pFieldComm getway machine-site real-time data acquisition. Practical application shows that this technology can solve the problem of inconsistency of data collection communication protocol, reduce the cost of communication connectivity and data exchange, enhance the stability of the system, so causes the site system maintenance simpler.
