Characteristics of Regional Distribution of New Rural Financial Institutions

新型农村金融机构和村镇银行分布偏向东部地区,而农村资金互助社则多分布在西部地区。农村金融机构分布的不平衡不利于改善中西部地区和欠发达县域和乡镇的农村金融服务。通过分析新型农村金融机构和商业性小额贷款公司在国内的分布特点,得出影响它们区域分布的主要因素,并提出促进新型农村金融机构区域分布合理化的政策建议。

The new rural financial institutions and rural banks tend to be distributed in the east China, and rural credit union funds are distributed in the west China. The imbalanced distribution of rural financial institutions is not conducive to the improvement of financial services in underdeveloped counties and townships in the central and western China. By analyzing the distribution characteristics of new rural financial institutions and commercial mierofinance companies in China, the paper draws a conclusion of the main factors affecting the regional distribution, and policy recommendations are made for how to promote a rational distribution of new rural financial institutions in China.
