摘要
针对选修健美操课程的大一女学生进行身心健康分析研究,结果表明:经过健美操课程训练后,学生的心脏功能得到了提高,心理健康状况得到改善,反应时和2000m跑的后测成绩均有显著提高。说明健美操课程是一项符合女生生理和心理特点、能有效促进身心健康发展的体育课程。
Through analyzing the female freshmen's mental and physical health situation after aerobics courses,this article finds out that the female freshmen developed their cardiac function and mental health,as well as the performances of reaction time and 2000m running.This indicates that the aerobics course is a very good one to benefit their psychological and physiological characteristics,and develop their physiological and mental health.
