摘要
采用文献资料法和录像观察法等,对伦敦奥运会男子跳马决赛运动员技术特点进行分析,结果表明:男子跳马动作类型选择集中于前手翻类和侧手翻转体90°类;决赛两跳动作难度D分均达到7.00分;动作加难的重点在第二腾空阶段;动作难度与动作质量是制约跳马运动发展的关键。
With the method of documents and tape-records observation,this paper analyzes the final techniques of man horse-vaulting in the 30th Olympic Games,and gets the results that the man＇s movement types focus on front handspring and cartwheel-turn 90°;the D-part score for difficulties of final 2 jumping reaches 7.00,in which the emphases focus in the 2nd period of flight.The difficulties and quality of movement is the key of restraining horse-vaulting＇s development.
