摘要
利用N,N-二甲基1,3-丙二胺、脂肪酸、脂肪胺和环氧氯丙烷合成出Gemini阳离子表面活性剂,作为新型油包水钻井液用主乳化剂(代号为DQGC),DQGC具有极强的表面活性,可以形成致密的油水界面膜,在相对较小加量下既具有较高的破乳电压(大于1 000 V),同时可以润湿重晶石粉和岩屑等固相。使用DQGC研制出的新型油包水钻井液,在XS平1、S25平1、PF平84井进行了现场试验,表现出低黏高切的良好流变性,以及携屑能力、电稳定性和滤失造壁性强等优点,动塑比维持在0.4 Pa/mPa.s以上,满足了复杂结构井的钻探需求,可替代国外油包水钻井液乳化剂。
A novel Gemini cationic surfactant DQGC as the primary emulsifier for W/O drilling fluid is developed in this paper,synthesized by N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine,fatty acid,aliphatic amines and epichlorohydrin.It has strong surface activity because it can form compact water-oil interface membrane to wet barite and cuttings,which the emulsion breaking voltage is as high as 1,000 V.The applications in wells of XS-H1,S25-H1,PF-H84 show that this drilling fluid system has good rheology of low viscosity and high gel strength,and the yield value to plastic viscosity ratio is over 0.4 Pa/mPa.s,as well as the other performances are excellent to meet the requirements of drilling complicated wells.
