三塘湖区块火山岩层井漏处理新技术 被引量:3

摘要 吐哈油田三塘湖区块火成岩地层胶结疏松、裂缝发育、压力低,钻井过程中频繁发生井漏,损失巨大。条28井因钻遇火成岩层恶性漏失点及大井段地层裂缝,发生失返性漏失。依据该井地层裂缝特点,结合近年来井漏的处理经验,针对钻遇漏失、失返、抢钻、随钻随堵4个阶段过程,突出快速反应、优先考虑抢钻,采用定量进尺定量活动、调整钻井参数和钻井液性能及使用适当浓度堵漏浆的处理原则,实现不影响正常进尺的随钻堵漏,摸索出一套火成岩层兼顾井漏与正常进尺的井漏处理新技术。应用该整套井漏处理技术后,条28井节约复杂时效57.9%,平均成本降低45.4%,节约31.8万元,为同区块火成岩层井漏的预防与处理提供了借鉴。 Frequent mud losses are encountered in volcanic formation Santanghu block of Tuha Oilfield that the formation has characteristics of loose cementation,fractured strata and low pressure.In the well Tiao28,total mud loss is encountered in volcanic formation,based on the analysis of characteristics of thief zone,some treating methods are developed,once mud loss happens,the primary method is quantitative footage blind drilling with regular short tripping,then to adjust the parameters of drilling and performances of drilling fluid,finally to control mud loss while drilling.In single well,the non-producing time is saved of 57.9%,the average cost is decreased by 45.4%.
