摘要
在压裂作业过程中会不断产生大量的返排废液,如将返排废液处理后再用于配制压裂液,对环境保护和水资源节约都具有重要意义。但废液中含有Ca2+、Mg2+等高价阳离子以及SO42-、Cl-等阴离子,会对所配制的压裂液特性有影响。通过模拟不同种类和浓度的盐水,考察了压裂返排废液中盐分组成及种类对所配制压裂液特性的影响。实验结果表明,不同种类无机盐离子对压裂液特性的不利影响程度为:Ca2+、Mg2+>HCO3->Cl->SO42->CO32-,Ca2+、Mg2+是影响处理废水配胶特性的主要离子,因此要得到特性优良的压裂液,需将水中Ca2+、Mg2+的浓度控制在1%以下。
In the process of fracturing operation,lots of fracturing flow back waste water is generated.How to prepare fracturing fluid with waste water is of great significant in environmental protection and energy conservation.But there are many high valence cations such as Ga2+or Mg2+and many anions such as SO42- or Cl-,which may affect properties of fracturing fluid.By means of evaluating different types and concentration of salt,the experimental results show that the influence degree is Ca2+/Mg2+>HCO3>C1->SO42-7CO32-,and the concentrations of Ca2+ or Mg2+ must be lower than 1%.
