摘要
垣平1井是中石油大庆油田的一口重点探井,该井完钻井深为4 300 m,二开井段长1 429 m,水平段长为2 660 m;大井眼段贯穿嫩江组、姚家组和青山口组,包括大段的紫红色泥岩和青山口灰黑色泥岩,控制钻井液性能难度大。该井二开采用自行研制的硅基阳离子水基钻井液体系,并对钻井液配方进行了优化。该钻井液动塑比始终大于0.43 Pa/mPa.s,泥饼薄而致密,摩阻系数始终控制在0.04以内。现场应用表明,该体系维护简单,性能稳定,能够满足大井眼直井段和造斜段的施工要求,最终快速优质二完,技套固井质量合格。
Well YP1 in Daqing oil field is a key exploration well,with total depth of 4,300 m,the second section length of 1,429 m,and the horizontal section length of 2,660 m.In the hole of φ311.4 mm,thick aubergine mudstone and grey black mudstone formations are encountered while drilling,which is hard to maintain the performances of drilling fluid.The siliconbased cationic drilling fluid system is applied in this section that the dynamic plastic ratio is more than 0.43 Pa/mPa.s,and the friction factor is less than 0.04.The application of this drilling fluid system is successful,and the intermediate casing cementing job quality is qualified.
