摘要
随着社会的进步、科技的发展,铝合金厚板的应用范围不断扩大,人们对铝合金厚板的质量性能要求越来越高。而影响铝合金厚板质量、性能的重要因素之一就是铝合金中的夹杂氧化物。由于夹杂氧化物的危害性大,从而选择一种有效的检测方法意义重大。通过超声波检测方法的试验,能够有效的检测出铝合金厚板中的夹杂氧化物缺陷,保证出厂产品的质量。
Along with the progress of society and the development of science and technology, quality and performance of aluminum alloy plate have been highly required. Oxide inclusion has influence on aluminum alloy plate quality and performance which is mixed in aluminum alloy. As a result of mixed oxides is harmful, so as to select an effective detection method is of great significance. By means of ultrasonic detection method, It can effectively detect the inclusions in aluminum alloy plate and guarantee the quality of manufactured products.
