县域文化产业发展中的文化基金会探析

An Analysis of County Cultural Foundation in the Development of Cultural Industries

县域文化产业在发展过程中不同程度地面临资金短缺问题。文化基金会可以多渠道募集社会资金,具有文化主导示范、吸收社会资源、鼓励文化创新和扩大文化交流等作用。然而,我国文化基金会的发展还不成熟,依旧面临着定位不准确、法律法规不完善、资金短缺和内部管理混乱等问题。明确文化基金会对文化事业和文化产业资助的合理定位,加快文化基金会相关政策法规的出台,拓展筹资渠道以及进行有效的专业化管理是完善和发展文化基金会的重要举措。

The county cultural industries are confronted with the problem of fund shortage in their development. Cultural foundation can absorb social resources through varied approaches, playing roles of culture- led demonstration ,encouraging cultural innovation and expanding cultural exchanges. However,the development of cultural foundation in China hasn＇t been ripe yet;it still faces some practical problems, such as inaccurate positioning, mperfect laws and regulations, the shortage of funds and internal management turmoil. Therefore,it is important to determine the reasonable position of cultural undertakings and industries, accelerate the introduction of relevant policies and regulations,perfect the fund-raising channels and take professional management measures.
