论基于有效教学的师生关系

On the Teacher-student Relationship in the View of Effective Teaching

良好师生关系的构建是实施有效教学的前提与基础。良好师生关系有助于提高学生学习兴趣,有利于搞好教学管理及学生良好性格形成。目前我国师生关系中还存在学生主体地位缺失、功利化色彩浓重、师生冲突不断升级问题。为此应借助心理咨询,缓和师生关系;提升教师素养,改善师生关系;转变教师观念,重构师生关系。

Constructing good teacher-student relationship is a premise and foundation of effective teaching, Good teacher-student relationship contributes to students＇ interest of learning, administration of teaching and the forming of students＇ good disposition. Nowadays,there are still some relative problems,such as the lack of students＇ subject position ,strong utilitarian consideration and increasing conflict between teachers and students. Therefore, efforts need to be made to relax the teacher-student tension with the aid of psychological consult, improve the teacher-student relationship by promoting teachers＇ quality,and reconstruct the teacher-student relationship by changing the teachers＇ outdated concept.
