摘要 Lipocalin型前列腺素D合成酶(L-PGDS)是一种双功能蛋白质,具有催化PGD2合成和转运亲脂性物质的作用。L-PGDS在多种中枢神经系统疾病中表达增高,可能与中枢神经细胞凋亡相关、并发挥胶质细胞毒性和神经毒性分子的"清道夫"效应。本文就L-PGDS性质、代谢通路、在中枢神经系统疾病表达及效应等进行综述。 Lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase (L-PGDS), a dual functional protein, acts as a PGD2-producing en zyme and also as a lipophilic ligand-binding protein. The level of L-PGDS expression is enhanced in various central nerv ous system (CNS) diseases. L-PGDS is related to apoptosis and acts as a scavenger of gliotoxic and neurotoxic molecules This article reviews the properties and pathways of L-PGDS in the CNS and the effects of its expression in CNS diseases
