摘要
针对导管架建造过程中存在大量管件相贯的焊接作业,对管件相贯焊材用量的计算进行了研究.在建立两管相贯线焊接坡口数学模型的基础上,用积分法在被切管的轴剖面上计算焊缝的截面在其相邻小角度内的焊缝体积,再在整个支管圆周内根据两面角选择不同的两面角模型分段积分求解总的焊材填充体积.对多管搭接类型先应用相贯线方程求出支管与各管相贯的角度区间,再按两管相贯方法进行计算.在此基础上结合其他一些常用的焊接接头类型开发了焊材计算软件,说明了软件使用方法,并对软件进行了测试计算.结果表明,该方法能够显著提高焊材用量计算的效率和精度,计算误差控制在3%以内.
In accordance with a large number of welding tasks of intersecting pipes in existence at the process of the pipe frame building, the calculation of the welding materials dosage was investigated. On the basis of setting up the intersecting line groove mathematical model of two pipes, the volume of small angle in the axial section of cut pipe was calculated by integral algorithm, and then the total volume of welding materials filled around the pipe was calcu- lated with different dihedral angle models. For the type of multi-lap welded joint, the intersection angle intervals of branch pipe with different pipes were figured out, and the welding materials dosage based on intersecting model of two pipes was calculated. Based on the above and combined with other common types of welding joint, the welding materials calculation software was developed, the usage of the software was introduced, and the software itself was tested. The results show that precision and efficiency are enhanced obviously and the calculation error is controlled within 3 percent.
