摘要
针对传统沼气池受环境温度影响使产气率不稳定的缺点,设计构建了一套新型太阳能恒温沼气系统.为验证其产气性能于冬季在兰州地区对其进行了实验研究,结果表明:装置在26±2℃稳定运行,每日产气量1.422m3,池容产气率为0.614m3/(m3.d),甲烷含量51.4%,相当节约2.2kg无烟煤.
A new type of solar heated biogas systems was designed and constructed to overcome some shortcoming comparing to the traditional digester that produced gas rate base and unstable owe to the influencing of the ambient temperature.The experiment was studying for getting the performance of it’s gas production in the winter at Lanzhou region,the study show: the stable operation of the system when the average daily gas production 1.422 m3 pool capacity gas production rate of 0.614 m3/(m3·d),average methane content of 51.4%,and it can be equivalent to 2.2 kg anthracite.
