摘要
目的观察环氧合酶/脂氧合酶抑制剂利克飞龙对心肌缺血/再灌注的干预作用及其机制。方法采用冠状动脉结扎和松结的方法,制备大鼠在体心肌缺血/再灌注损伤模型。将14只SD大鼠随机分为心肌缺血/再灌注组(I/R组)和利克飞龙预处理组(L组)各7只,分别测定血清肌酸激酶(CK)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量。结果 L组血清CK及NOS水平与I/R组差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05)。结论利克飞龙可通过降低CK及NOS的含量来减轻心肌缺血/再灌注损伤。
Objective To investigate the role and the mechanism of COX/LOX inhibitor licofelone on the injury rats induced by ischemia/reperfusion (I/R). Methods The rat myocardial I/R injury model was established by liga- ting and then reperfusing the coronary artery. Fourteen SD rats were divided into I/R group and licofelone-pretreated- group (L) randomly. Each group contained seven rats. The levels of serum creatine kinase (CK) and nitric oxide syn- those (NOS) were measured. Results The serum CK and NOS level of L group and I/R group were statistically sig- nificant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Licofelone prevent I/R injury through decreasing the serum NOS contain.
