目的分析探讨疗养文化作为疗养文化因子在提高疗养效果中的作用。方法收集、检索国内疗养文化建设在疗养保障中的应用,科学分析疗养文化的概念、内涵及与疗养因子的关系,阐述其精髓在疗养中起到的作用和应用前景。结果疗养院在长期的建设和发展过程中形成了价值标准、基本信念和行为规范,构成了疗养院的文化基础,从疗养院精神、服务理念、组织制度、营院建设等方面,形成独具特色的疗养文化——文化疗养因子,从而产生目标导向、规范行为、凝聚合力、道德约束、精神激励、开拓创新的疗养综合效应。结论疗养院要突出文化因子的作用,挖掘文化底蕴,增强疗养内涵,发挥和扩大疗养地综合疗养措施的作用,达到健康促进,疾病康复,延缓衰老,提高疗养效果的目的。

Objective To analyze and probe the function of convalescent culture as cultural convalescent factors on improving conva-lescent effects.Methods The application of domestic convalescent culture construction to convalescent guarantee was collected and retrieved, the concept and connotation of convalescent culture and its relation to convalescent factors were scientifically analyzed, and the function and application prospect of its essence to convalescence was elaborated. Results The value standards, basic beliefs and conduct modes shaped from long-term construction and development of sanatorium have formed the cultural foundation of sanatorium in terms of sanatorium spirit, service concept, organization system, sanatorium construction, which have formed characteristic convalescent culture of cultural convalescent factors. Thus has developed combined convalescent effects of goal orientation, regularized behavior, condensed force, moral restraint, spiritual motivation, and pioneering innovation.Conclusion Sanatorium should highlight the function of cultural conva- lescent factors, explore the cultural deposits, strengthen convalescent connotations, exert and expand the comprehensive function of sanatorium so as to achieve the purpose of health promotion, disease recovery, senescence delay and superior convalescent effects.
