龙藤筋骨片质量标准研究

Study on quality standard for Longtengjingu tablet

目的建立龙藤筋骨片的质量控制方法。方法用TLC法对独活、当归、牛膝进行定性鉴别;HPLC法测定龙藤筋骨片中所含阿魏酸的量,选用ShiseidoC18MG色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸(17∶83),检测波长316nm。结果 TLC检出了独活、当归、牛膝特征斑点,阿魏酸进样量在24.139～120.68ng范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.00),加样回收率为99.39%,RSD为0.83%。结论质量控制方法简便、稳定、可靠,可作为本品的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a quality control method for Longtengjingu tablet.Methods TLC method was used to exam the quality of Doubleteeth Angelica Root, Chinese Angelica, Common Achyranthes;HPLC method for the determination of Ferulic in the Longtengjingu tablets, Shiseido C18MG column used, mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.085 % phosphoric acid （17 ： 83）, detection wavelength 316 nm. Results TLC detected characteristic spots in Doubleteeth Angelica Root, Chinese Angelica, Common Achyranthes.Ferulic acid presented good linear relationship （r = 1.00）with the sample size of 24.139- 120.68 ng.Plus sample recovery was 99.39 %. RSD was 0.83 %.Conclusion The quality control method is simple, stable, reliable, and can be adopted as the quality control method.
