摘要
弥漫性特发性骨肥厚（diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperosteosis，DISH）是一种不明原因发生于老年人的，以脊柱和外周关节大量新骨形成、骨化和结缔组织钙化为特点的系统性骨骼疾病。在临床影像诊断中常被误诊为退行性骨关节改变和强直性脊柱炎。
