我国公共体育场馆不同运营模式的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Different Operation Modes of Public Stadiums

体育场馆的运营与管理逐步开始了不同的尝试,积极拓展大型体育场馆的运营方式,由传统的行政管理方式向现代的企业管理方式等诸多方面深刻的变化。论文采用SWOT分析法,以不同运营模式的场馆为比较对象,探寻它们之间的差异,明确不同运营模式的公共体育场馆的优势、劣势、机会、挑战,为解决当前场馆运营模式改制中存在的问题提供理论依据,从而进一步促进公共体育场馆的发展。

Stadiums gradually begin to attempt different operation and management, actively expand the operations of large stadiums, by the traditional administrative profound change to many aspects of the modern enterprise management mode. Using SWOT analysis, this paper compares different stadiums operational modes, to explore the difference between them, clear the advantage, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of different operation modes of public stadiums, provide a theoretical basis to solve the problems existing in the current restructuring of the operating model of the public stadiums, for promoting the further development of public stadiums.
