摘要
通过文献资料法、社会调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对浙江体育职业技术学院2010-2012届毕业生的就业率、就业岗位性质、工作获取渠道、就业区域、起薪率、转岗率、工作满意度等进行调查,了解毕业生的就业质量,并根据毕业生对母校的反馈意见和用人单位的意见,探索促进毕业生就业质量的对策,以期为推动体育类高职毕业生就业质量的提升提供参考意见。
By means of document research, social investigation and statistics, this thesis made an investigation on the graduates in the class of 2010-2012 in Zhejiang Vocational Institution of Sports, including the rate, nature and areas of emploment, ways of jobhunting, starting salary, rate of job-transfer, and degree of employment satisfaction. The author also collected the information from the gradutes and the employers, so as to make an exploration of improving the quality of employment, and provide some valuable information to enhance the employment of sports graduates in higher vocational institutions.
