为了促使国产电脑横机向高端产品迈进,进一步替代进口,通过对电脑横机用插片和针板在针板组件中所起作用,及其关键尺寸和工艺难点的分析,提出了一种专用数控双面磨床处理插片厚度的加工方案,实现了改善插片质量进而提高针板组件品质的效果;总结了针板组件的要点和注意事项,对针板外形加工的主要尺寸提出了建设性意见。

In order to make the domestic computer controlled flat knitting machine develop in high quality orientation for the substitution of the imported products, through the analysis of the function of the interposer and the stick plate as well as the key specifications and the process, a special plan machining the interposer regarding its thickness with the digit controlled duo-faced grinding machine is introduced, and the quality of the interposer and the stcik plate assembly are improved. Some key points with the stick plate as- sembly are put forth with some cautions as well as some constructive advice in machining the stick plate with some important specifications.
