摘要
毛羽是衡量纱线质量的重要指标之一,细纱和络筒工序对于纱线毛羽的影响最大,对此研究了ESPERO-M型自动络筒机毛羽控制问题,通过纺纱试验探讨了三个主要工艺参数:络纱速度、络纱张力及管纱大小对三种不同纱号纱线毛羽的影响。试验结果表明:在一定范围内,纱线毛羽随着络纱速度增加而增加;纱线毛羽数并不完全随张力增加而增加,当纱线控制器气压在5.0kPa~8.0kPa时,纱线有害毛羽随张力的增加先减后增;当管纱由顶端退绕到底端时,络纱毛羽增加。
Hairiness important to yarn is an important index qualifying yarn. The spinning process and the winding process are hairiness. Analysis is done to the hairiness control in the autowinder ESPERO-M. Through spinning practice, three process specifications with the hairiness are probed into, say, the winding speed,the winding tension, the cop size. It proves that on certain conditions, the hairiness increases as the winder speed increases,not necessarily with the winding tension increases. When the pressure is within 5.0 kPa-8.0 kPa with yarn controller,the harmful hairiness starts to decrease and later increase as the winding tension increases. When the cop goes from the top to the bottom of the bobbin, the winding hairiness increases.
