149株肺炎克雷伯杆菌产ESBL酶的检测及其耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的肺炎克雷伯杆菌的检出率及其耐药性。方法收集肺炎克雷伯菌共149株,检测其ESBLs并进行耐药性分析。结果 149株肺炎克雷伯杆菌中64株产ESBLs,检出率43.0%;对头孢曲松等第3代头孢菌素具有较高的耐药率,对碳青霉烯类、头孢吡肟、头胞哌酮舒巴坦具有较低的耐药率。结论 ESBLs产生是肺炎克雷伯杆菌对第3代头孢菌素耐药的重要原因,针对这类细菌可使用第4代头孢菌素、头胞哌酮舒巴坦及碳青霉烯类。 Objective To investigate the detection and drug resistance of klebsiella pneumoniae producing extended spectrum β-1actamases. Methods The detection ratio and drug resistance of klebsiella pneumoniae producing extended spectrum β-1actamases were analysed, which were collected from February 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital. Results 64 strains producing ESBLS were collected and the detection ratio was about 43.0%. The strains which produced ESBLs had high resistant rates to the third generation cephalosporins. However, there were rather low resistant rates when faces carbapenem, cefepime and cefoperazone/sulbactam. Conclusion The reason of klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to common antibiotics is the stains producing ESBLs. The fourth generation cephalosporins, carbapenem and cefoperazone/sulbactam should be prefer red against the strains.
