摘要
通过金相检验、硬度检测、表面粗糙度测试及形貌分析,对压缩机用不同显微组织灰铸铁的磷化膜进行了试验研究.结果表明,在相同的加工工艺和磷化处理条件下,灰铸铁基体中珠光体层间距及石墨形态对磷化膜的质量有影响,珠光体层间距越小、石墨分布越细小均匀,磷化膜的质量越好.
The influence of gray cast iron microstructure on phosphating film for compressor was studies by metallographic inspection, hardness test, roughness test and morphology analysis. Results showed that the pearlite layer distance and graphite morphology affected the quality of phosphating film: the phospha- ting film was better with smaller pearlite layer distance,and smaller and more uniform graphite under the same process condition.
