经皮激光椎间盘减压术联合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

Percutaneous laser disc decompression combined with drug in the treatment for lumbar disc herniation

目的回顾性分析经皮激光椎间盘减压术联合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取我院2009年2月至2010年11月经确诊符合行经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者90例,并联合药物治疗,术后随访1、6、12个月,评价治疗效果。结果随访1、6、12个月后,治疗优良率依次为94.4%、95.6%和95.6%,总有效率分别为97.8%、97.8%和98.8%;各年龄组的治疗效果优良率以25～40岁组为最高(96.6%)。结论经皮激光气化减压术联合药物治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效较好,其影响因素主要包括年龄和恢复时间。

Objective To retrospectively analyse the effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression（PLDD）combined with drug treatment on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 90 patients diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation from February 2009 to November 2010 in our hospital were chosen for the study.All patients were followed up after 1,6 and 12 months of the treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The excellent and good rate of PLDD treatment of 1,6 and 12 months follow-up were 94.4%,95.6% and 95.6%,the total efficiency were 97.8%,97.8% and 98.8%,respectively.The excellent rate of the 25～40 years old group（96.6%）was higher than the other age groups. Conclusion The PLDD combined with drug could effectively treat the patients with lumbar disc herniation and its influencing factors includes age and recovery time.
