老年患者使用核糖核酸Ⅱ的疗效观察

Effect of ribonucleic acid Ⅱ for injection on the elderly patients

目的探讨老年患者使用注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ的疗效。方法分析50例老年患者静脉使用注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ前后免疫指标的变化、患者的主观感觉及呼吸道感染的几率。结果治疗期间,50例患者中有2例患者出现轻度头晕而终止治疗,48例患者主观感觉良好,呼吸道感染的几率明显减少。治疗后免疫指标IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3、CD4、CD8都有所提高,达到或接近正常水平,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年患者使用注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To study the effect of ribonucleic acid Ⅱ for injection on the elderly patients. Methods Before and after the intravenous use of ribonucleic acid Ⅱ,the change of the humoral and cellular immunity function were examined,and the score of the subjective feeling and chance of respiratory infection were evaluated in 50 elderly patients. Results Except 2 patients terminated therapy for slight dizziness,the others had no uncomfort after medication.Among the 48 patients, the rate of respiratory infection decreased.After treatment,the level of IgG,IgA,IgM elevated and the expression of CD3,CD4,CD8 were higher（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The ribonucleic acid Ⅱ for injection can enhance the immune function and lower the rate of respiratory infection.
