摘要
β-苯乙胺是医药、化工的重要中间体。利用用氨基在分子中进行官能团转换也是有机合成的重要方法和获得目标产物的重要手段。在各种合成氨基的方法中,利用氰基转换成伯胺的方法越来越被关注,并且研究时间比较长,工艺相对比较成熟。本文以取代苯乙腈为例,总结了其被还原为取代苯乙胺的各种方法及研究进展,包括催化氢化、新型催化剂等方法,以期为化工研究提供依据。
Abstact:β-phenylethylamine was an important intermediate of medicine and chemical industry. Using amino groups in the molecule conversion was an important organic synthesis method and mean for the target product. In various kinds of synthetic amino method, using the cyan attracted more and more attention and researched for a long time, and the technology was relatively mature. Taking the substitutional phenylacetonitrile as an example, methods and its developments of reducing it to subtitutional phenylethylamine were summarized, including catalytic hydrogenation, new catalyst and so on, which can provide a basis for chemical research.Key words :β- phenylethylamine ; reduction ; nitrile
