固定流化床反应器中的催化干气乙烯低聚研究

摘要 乙烯低聚制低碳烯烃是利用催化干气乙烯资源的有效途径。本文以催化干气为原料,在固定流化床反应装置上,采用HZSM-5水热处理催化剂,对乙烯低聚反应进行了研究。结果表明,在压力0.1 MPa,温度500℃,催化剂装量10 g,干气流量400 mL/min时,乙烯转化率为47.22%,烯烃收率可达21.21%。需要选择合适的催化剂装填量和气体流速,以免发生节涌。 Oligomerization of ethylene into low carbon olefins was an effective utilization of FCC dry gas. The catalytic performances of HZSM -5 catalysts with FCC dry gas as feedstock were investigated in fixed fluidized bed reactor. The results showed that ethylene conversion of 47.22%, olefins yield of 21.21% at 0. 1 MPa under 500℃ with catalysts weight of 10 g and gas flow rate of 400 mL/min were obtained. Moderate catalyst weight and gas flow rate should be selected to avoid slugging.
