摘要
以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,以甲基丙烯酸(MA)、顺丁烯二酸聚乙二醇单酯(MPEGM)和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料通过自由基聚合制备两性复鞣剂(ARA)并用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征产物结构。结果表明:当APS用量为3%、n(MA):n(MPEGM):n(DMDAAC)为3:1:0.2,反应温度为90℃时,制备的两性复鞣剂(ARA)性能最佳。两性复鞣剂具有极好的填充性并且能显著提高成革的柔韧性和弹性。
An amphoteric retanning agent (ARA) was synthesized by copolymerization with methacrylic acid (MA), mono polyethylene glycol maleate (MPEGM) and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC), using ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. The chemical structure of the ARA was characterized by FTIR. The results showed that the optimal performance of ARA was obtained when the molar ratio of methaerylic acid ( MA), MPEGM and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) was 3 : 1 : 0. 2 using 3wt% APS at 90℃ for 4 h. The retanned leather by ARA had excellent filling and can improve remarkable the flexiblity and elasticity.
