摘要
为了使润滑油的各项性能达到最佳值,各种润滑油添加剂之间需要进行配伍试验;本文试验了有机铜、含羟基硅酸镁盐、无机硼酸锂等几种抗磨修复型润滑添加剂与常用润滑油添加剂T154、T321和TCP在不同负荷下抗磨极压的配伍性能;试验表明,这些润滑油添加剂复配后,在不同的试验条件下出现了不同的协同效应或对抗效应。
Compatibility test needed to be done between all kinds of lubricant additive in order to let lubricant have quality performance. Compatibility test was carried out between the anti - wear and reparative additive of organic copper, magnesium silicate containing hydroxyl groups and lithium borate and ordinary lubricant additive of T154, T321 and TCP in different overload. The test conclusions were that there was synergistic effect or antagonistic effect between lubricant additives under different test conditions.
