斜针翅管换热器数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation on the Single-tube Heat Transfer with Inclined-Pin Tube

摘要 以水和柴油为换热对象,利用三维模型对2种不同规格的直针翅管以及30°,45°和60°的斜针翅管换热器的壳程温度场、压降和传热性能进行了模拟;并将斜针翅管、直针翅管与光滑管进行了比较。模拟结果表明,斜针翅管的压降是光滑管的1.06~1.4倍,是直针翅管的0.96~1倍,其总传热系数约是光滑管的1.7~3倍,以及直针翅管的0.85~0.93倍。从模拟结果看,β在大约30°存在一个合适的倾斜角,其综合换热性能较好。 Numerical simulations were conducted for hot water flowing in tube side of heat exchanger with diesel oil as heat - transfer medium flowing in shell side, utilizing three - dimensional model. Temperature field and heat transfer performances in shell side of the heat exchanger with two different specifications of straight - pin fin tub and angle of inclination 30°, 45° and 60°, inclined - pin fin tub were simulated. Pressure drop of inclined - pin - fined tube was about 1.06 - 1.4 times greater than that of smooth tube heat exchanger and 0. 96 - 1 times greater than that of straight - pin fin tub. Heat transfer enhancement of inclined - pin - fined tube was about 1.7 - 3 times greater than that of smooth tube and 0. 85 - 0.93 times greater than that of straight - pin fin tub. It showed the practical application should be taken into account to select the appropriate angle. The right angle was about 30° and the integrated heat transfer performance was better and occupied less space.
