摘要
设备与系统管道采用法兰连接时,应考虑由地震、温度和管线自重引起的载荷对设备接管法兰的影响,这使得法兰的设计变得复杂。通过将接管载荷转化为内压,根据计算出的等效压力选择相应的法兰、垫片及其紧固件;最后利用Lansys软件进行法兰强度的校核。此方法为化工机械设备接管法兰的选择和计算提供了理论参考。
Effect of earthquake, temperature and gravity of pipes themselves on equipment nozzle, when connected with system via flange, should he considered as a rule, which increased flange calculation complieacy. A specified process- ing method transformed nozzle load into inner pressure and calculated the equivalent force. Based on the calculated equiva- lent force, the corresponding flange, gasket and fastener were got. The flange strength with the software Lansys was reviewed. The method provided theoretical reference of selection and corresponding calculation of flange on chemical machine.
