摘要
与传统二合一夹套水冷式合成炉相比,副产蒸汽氯化氢合成炉有效的利用了反应热,不仅节约了资源而且创造了经济效益,是未来资源高效利用的发展方向。通过对副产蒸汽合成炉工艺的不断改进,证明了自循环系统比强制循环系统有着更多的优势,节能和经济效益更加显著。
Compared with the traditional two - in - one cooling jacket synthesis furnace, steam - producing hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace using the heat of reaction effectively, not only saved resources but also created economic bene- fits. It was the future development direction of high efficient use of resources. Through the improvement of by - product steam synthesis furnace process, it proved that the circulatory system had more advantages, more significant energy savings and economic benefits than the forced circulatory system.
