The Feasibility Analysis of Improvement on Shell Gasifier Slag Passing Hole

从气化炉渣口结构方面,对煤气化工艺中经常面临的堵渣问题,提出两种解决方案,并对提出的方案进行优缺点比较,以及对方案的可操作性进行工艺、制造设计上的分析。经过理论上的计算,取消渣口设计,能够在很大程度上缓解渣口堵渣情况的发生。

Two solutions that can solve slag blocking problem from the structure of gasifier slag passing hole were proposed, and their merit and demerit were compared. The feasibility of the solutions was analyzed from the technology and production design. Canceling the slag passing hole can relieve the slag blocking problem by the theoretic compute.
