腹部按摩联合中药敷脐预防急性白血病患者化疗后便秘

Massage at abdomen combined with Chinese medicine at umbilicus for prevention of post -chemotherapy constipation in patients with acute leukemia

目的探讨腹部按摩联合中药敷脐预防急性白血病患者化疗后便秘的效果。方法选择120例白血病化疗患者,随机分为对照组60例采用化疗后常规护理;治疗组60例除常规护理外,于化疗前1天开始实施中药敷脐联合腹部按摩,每日1次至化疗结束;比较2组各时间点症状积分值和症状级别。结果治疗组第1～8天症状积分总分值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);第1～8天的症状级别均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论腹部按摩联合中药敷脐防治急性白血病患者化疗后便秘效果理想。

Objective To discuss the effect of massage at abdomen combined with Chinese medicine at umbilicus for prevention of post-chemotherapy constipation in patients with acute leukemia. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of leukemia that received chemotherapy were randomly divided into a control group （60 cases） and a treatment group （60 cases）. The post-chemotherapy regular care was applied in the control group, on basis of which massage at abdomen combined with Chinese medicine at umbilicus was applied one day before the chemotherapy in the treatment group, once a day until the end of chemotherapy. The symptom scores and levels at each time point in two groups were compared. Results The total symptom score from Day 1 to 8 in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group, which had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）; the symptom level from Day 1 to 8 in the treatment was inferior to that in the control group, which had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The massage at abdomen combined with Chinese medicine at umbilicus has ideal effect on prevention of post-chemotherapy constipation in patients with acute leukemia.
