Reaserch on investment estimation method of BOSS and CRM in telecommunication rolling planning

BOSS和CRM系统现用投资估算方法,不能很好地满足滚动规划的需要,本文通过对建设投资估算方法研究,结合BOSS和CRM系统投资特点,提出了一种新的估算方法。

Because of the common used investment estimation methods of BOSS and CRM could not meet the demands of telecommunication rolling planning, this paper presents a completely new method based on characterisics of BOSS and CRM, which greatly simplifies the process of investment estimation.
