百里香的继代培养研究

Study on Subculture of Thymus serpyllum L.var.mongolicus

本文在百里香无菌体系建立的基础上,进行了百里香继代培养及生根培养试验。继代培养阶段,选用不同浓度的6-BA及IBA配比进行正交试验,结果表明,当6-BA浓度为1.5mg/L,IBA浓度为0.1mg/L时,更利于百里香的继代培养。50d后的最佳增值芽数为57。

This paper is primarily about the experiment on the subculture of the Thymus serpyllum L. var. mongolicus in Test-Tube. During the period of subculture, the experiment was mainly about the effect of 6 - BA and IBA on subculture of the test-tube seedling of Thymus serpyllum L. var. mongolicus. Then the re- sults turned out to be this： the seedling growing in the medium containing MS ＋ 6 - BA 1.5mg/L ＋ IBA 0. 1 mg/L had the better multiplication number of the bud of 57 （for 50 days）.
